Blue Heaven Board of Directors:
Dr. Danielle Erb
Dr. Erb graduated from Stanford University in 1982, obtained her medical degree from OHSU in 1986 and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado in 1990. She returned to Portland to become the medical director of the inpatient brain injury unit at Emanuel Rehabilitation Center where she later became Carrie Perry’s' doctor. She also became the medical director of CRS an outpatient brain injury day treatment program. Legacy closed this program in 2000; however, Dr. Erb saw a continued need and arranged for it to be assumed by Progressive Rehabilitation Associates. It was renamed BIRC – the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center. In September 2001, Dr. Erb decided to focus 100% of her practice on acquired brain injury; she left Legacy and started her solo practice- Brain Rehabilitation Medicine.
